Yesterday we held our fourth cake design 101 class. A great big thank you to Anne Marie, Belle and Louise for making it such a wonderful day.

Chris and I are always thrilled with the results and we marvel at how each student decorates their cake differently and allow themselves to explore their creatively.

This week Chris was kept busy creating a 30th birthday cake for a high heel and fish net stocking fanatic, a Darth Vader Helmet for James’ 8th birthday, a gorgeous and elegant wedding cake and beautiful gelato coloured butterfly cupcakes for Mia’s 5th birthday
